EDUCATION
Graduate of accredited CRNA program.

REQUIRED LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION or REGISTRY
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio. Certificate of Authority to practice nurse anesthesia in the State of Ohio. Current certification from Council on Certification/Recertification of Nurse Anesthetists
